The Elevate 5 Step ADDIE Model
Step 1 - Analyze
The first step is the data-gathering stage. The consultant / facilitator assemble all the information they can possibly gather about the project. The information that consultants gather at this stage will be used throughout the project.
STEP 2 - design
Design is the blueprinting stage where the project leaders will work on the objectives, design the solution construct and prepare the plan for development and implementation
STEP 3 - develop
Development of content, designing of activities, freezing of case studies, finalizing system demos and purchasing training aids take place at this stage. Materials production and pilot testing are the hallmarks of development
STEP 4 - implement
This stage is the execution and delivery of the designed solution. At implementation, the design plan meets the learner, and the content is delivered. This is the most visible stage as far as the client is concerned.
STEP 5 - evaluate
Evaluation is used to gauge the degree to which learners meet objectives and facilitators or technologies deliver the project. Evaluation takes place in every element and surrounds the entire process
